guidelines for participation
Protect Confidentiality: Ensure that no one else can see your screen, use headphones, and try to participate from a private space. Do not record or capture images of the screen.
Respect Boundaries: Do not use private messages to talk to other participants during the meeting.
Punctuality: Show up on time — the meeting will be locked after 15 minutes, so latecomers will not be able to enter.
Group Size: Drop-in groups do not have a registration cap, but we typically limit participation to 15 people per meeting to ensure everyone can share and participate effectively.
